Our warranty

Furniture made by OJJO has a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, unless the product page or your written quotation states a different warranty. For products made by other manufacturers, the warranty is the one stated on the product page; if none is stated, please ask us before you order.

What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, accidents or overloading.
• Damage from water, damp or heat.
• Changes or repairs made by anyone other than OJJO.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We reply within 3 working days, may ask to inspect the item, and will repair or replace what the warranty covers. For valid claims, OJJO covers the cost of transport or a site visit.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the law of Pakistan.
